Flowercard then calculated how much each garment would be worth in 2020, using the US Inflation Calculator. The top 3 most expensive celebrity wedding dresses belong to tennis champ Serena Williams, who took the #1 spot with her $3.5 million ball gown. Australian pop singer and heiress to the Swarovski crystal empire, Victoria Swarovski’s $1 million dress, which was adorned with 500,000 crystals and weighed roughly 100 pounds, ranked the second most expensive. The third most expensive celebrity wedding dress was that of Grace Kelly, whose timeless 1956 high-neck, long-sleeve gown featured thousands of hand-sewn seed pearls and 125-year-old lace from Brussels. It continues to set the example of bridal elegance.
