On Friday, December 8, 2023, Wynwood Bay, a luxury residence in Miami’s Edgewater neighborhood, transformed into a vibrant hub where art aficionados, collectors and culture enthusiasts converged for an unforgettable experience—ART OF LOVE—during Art Basel Miami 2023.
The eagerly awaited event, presented by SIGNATURE BRIDE, ART & SOUL: Hamptons and Lipstickroyalty Agency, unfolded as a unique canvas, weaving together elements of art, fashion and music.
The invite-only event provided an exclusive opportunity for guests to immerse themselves in the world of art, forging personal connections with both the artwork and the talented creators behind it. With a spotlight on diversity, the curated selection showcased an inspiring blend of works by emerging and established BIPOC artists, each contributing to a powerful narrative about the profound impact of Black art and its ability to inspire and unify.
The carefully chosen roster of featured artists introduced guests to the unique perspectives and voices within the Black artistic community. Renowned artists Alvin Clayton-Fernandes, Art Sims, Jeremy Turpin, Jennifer D. Turner, Dani Galleri, and Kudzai B. Mutasa took center stage, their creations adding depth and resonance to the overall experience.

In addition to the art, balloon art sculptures created by @balloonbar_miami were front and center in the VIP & Media Lounge and throughout the rooftop party area. Guests—who came from New York, Los Angeles, Atlanta, Chicago, Washington, D.C., Cincinnati and the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area—were treated to a fashion show, where the runway became a stage for creativity and featured Miami’s own Mr. CEO Collections and Kies Boutique. The synergy between the visual arts and fashion elevated the event, highlighting the interconnectedness of various creative disciplines and underscoring the event’s commitment to celebrating artistic diversity.
Guests enjoyed cocktails by Margaret Cocktails, Uncle Nearest and Vie de Rêve. Music was provided by That DJ Chris.
